Subject	Not enough juice to run a comprssion test?

Message	Battery doesn't have enough juice to run the test on all 6 cylinders. By the time I get to number 4, starter solenoid won't engage. I'm thinking it's not getting enough power? I can also hear it struggling to turn over after the first few cranks. Brand new battery, less than a year old, I just put it on the charger to double check it and it was all charged up. Dropping to 10V when I run the starter. Any ideas on what is going on? Do I need to get a charger that will put out crank voltage and use that while I'm running the test?
